Smirky smirky Izaya

A costume created for the character Orihara Izaya from the Japanese light novel and anime Durarara!! (DRRR!!). This costume was one of my favorites to put together, owing to the very fluffy fur that ended up getting everywhere in my sewing room. This costume was photographed in Downtown Chicago, Illinois in 2011 during AnimeCentral. Special thanks to the wonderful Danielle for always grabbing us for photoshoots when she’s able and for allowing the use of her photographs. This photoset also features my lovely bestie Emi as Heiwajima Shizuo.
